OVERVIEW
Prior to joining the team of Puerto Rico business trial lawyers at Casellas Alcover & Burgos, P.S.C., Diana served as a judicial law clerk for judges sitting at the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She also completed an LL.M. degree at Harvard Law School, where she focused her studies on constitutional, administrative, and environmental law.
Diana received a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Fordham University, Lincoln Center campus in New York City. She then returned to Puerto Rico and obtained her J.D. from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law. While in law school, she completed a dual-degree program at the University of Barcelona School of Law, where she also attained a Licenciatura de Dret (J.D. equivalent).
She is a former adjunct professor of law at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, where she taught legal research and writing for two years.
